GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The general conditions of sale determine the relations between Jean-Yves Dolisi
and the customer. All past order or purchase done entail the acceptance of these
conditions. All merchandise remains until payment suit property of Jean-Yves
Dolisi in accordance with the law of January 25, 1985.
DELIVERY OF THE MERCHANDISE
THE GOODS TRAVEL IN ANY CASE TO THE RECIPIENT'S OWN RISKS.
I bring the biggest care to the packing and to the protection of the articles
sent.
HOWEVER: The recipient must verify the state of the packets and their content
imperatively before the carrier. In case of missing products or damages, a
precise and detailed reserve must be emitted on the slip of the carrier.

89 12), and confirm me your reserves in registered letter under 48h.
If this procedure is not respected, no complaint will be able to be taken in
account.
I deliver you to the address of your choice by the post office or transporter,
in advisable colissimo, against signature. In case of absence, an opinion of
passage will be deposited in your limps to the letters. The packet will be then
available in your post office or station.

GUARANTEED
You have a delay of 8 days to send back me your order non used in its original
packing if you are not satisfied, I commit to repay you the amount of your order.
The responsibility of Jean-Yves Dolisi cannot be sought-after for a damage
whatever it is being a matter for a defect of use or maintenance, of
deteriorations due to mistakes of manipulation, of abusive or non suitable uses.
Jean-Yves Dolisi cannot be responsible for the deteriorations and breakings due
to a defense or an evasion of your horse, to a bad use, nor of interventions
done on some products by a non authorized person.
The goods having been the subject of bad interview are excluded of the guarantee.
In the case of the guarantee" vice hidden ", we remind to the customer that he

doesn't permit an automatic calculation of the delivery expenses toward these
other destinations. The tariff of the routing is function of the weight of your
order and the remoteness of the destination country.
These demands are managed as estimate. Thus, you can prepare your order, to
